Suggested by George March, brother to Pam and founding fan of Floyd.
One Floyd / One small packet of puff pastry / A glass of wine or beer (for the chef).
Roll out the pastry to a large enough size to form an overlap. Then simply wrap your Floyd in the pastry, glaze with a little beaten egg or milk, and pop in the oven (220c) for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
This recipe can be embellished in any way you wish (with the addition of prosciutto or spinach leaves, or maybe wild mushroom or truffle), but once sliced the aromas of hot Floyd and crisped pastry are enough to fill any room.
