Cheese on Toast with a Floydian twist

Our first recipe! Suggested by Andy Till, our talented web designer.


  • 100g Floyd
  • Bread
  • A sprig of rosemary


  • Insert bread into the toaster
  • Cut Floyd into thin slices
  • When toast is ready, put the slices of Floyd on it
  • Sprinkle a few rosemary leaves on top
  • Put under a hot grill (cheese side up)
  • When bubbling, take out and enjoy with a glass of ale
